We've had such a great start to the new school year!! It has been so fun getting to know our new students and welcoming back some returning friends! We are SO PROUD of the way the students have adapted to new routines and eagerly explored the classroom. We thought you would enjoy a peek at what we have been up to over the past couple of weeks! 

We played games during circle time to learn each others names.

We sang lots of songs!

We learned how to use our classroom materials.

                                                                                    

We practiced writing our names, drew pictures and learned how important it is to put the covers back on markers to keep them from drying up!

We learned about sharing and working together.

We got creative...

We also made some new friends along the way! :)

Our favorite place was the motor room! We jumped, we rolled, we used scooter boards and we kicked soccer balls into net. We used all our muscles and we had a great time!

Despite some rainy, humid weather, we still had 

fun on the playground, especially with our new ECDC Music Wall!!

In the Math Center, we created patterns.

We look forward to continuing to get to know each other while building our classroom community and exploring new friendships!
